I couldn’t help but almost piss myself laughing when I happened to read a certain post on Kottu which was a gleeful yet malicious celebration of the suspension of another, more famous, Kottu blog.
This particular blogger who claims to be a female from the isle of Thambapani, but in reality just loves to wear frilly panties to cover his non-existent balls when typing posts, couldn’t wait to be the first blogger on Kottu to break the news about the suspension of ‘theblacklightarrow’.
Sadly, even as the lingerie wearing she-male was in the process of thumping out as many multi-syllable words as possible, the good guys at WordPress had already restored ‘theblacklightarrow’ to it’s rightful place.
I’m just managing to get my breath back after laughing so hard, and reading what has to be the shortest post ever written by this G-string obsessed crusader. Gone is the verbal diarrhea, Gone is the multi-syllable gobble di gook. All that remains is just three short lines about the new developments!!
I guess the Victoria’s Secret pin-up boy has his mouth full at the moment eating his own words to be able to type very much more!!

went there after a loooong time following ur post. apparently the writer seems quite jubiliant about it ceasing to exist, and then seems happy when it comes back on. Seems he /she is really bad at understanding his/her own perception. imagine if the person had to try and change someone else’s perception, like in branding or something…. but that’s off the topic no;D

So it got blocked anyway? May be a calm before the storm or a signal that it can happen permenantly? fact that it got suspended shows it can always get suspended in the future too. Anyway just a thought. Kottu isn’t the beautiful peaceful place that it once used to be. Sad situation indeed.

I ventured on to said blog only after seeing your post…and while I’m relatively ignorant of the drama Frilly panties has gone on endlessly on his/her blog, I’m a bit bewildered at the amount of venom (albeit of the nonsensical nature) spouted on his/her blog.

The issue of such venom stems from the fact that this person isn’t who he/she claims to be, rather it’s someone who has a twisted fascination with certain Kottu bloggers. Very much like a stalker type individual.

While respecting your need to express your agitation about Thambapani, I just want to let you know that I find that your posting is offensive. It would have been wiser to critique thambapani’s posting and rantings rather than aligning them to behavioral patterns of people who may have different gender identities. There are many people who enjoy wearing “frilly panties” and really there is nothing wrong with that. I feel that there is no respect that you have offered to a very wide group of people by concluding that wearing effeminate underwear could result in “malicious celebration” such as thambapani’s.

@ Pandora – While I do appreciate your sentiments, you too need to appreciate there is a whole sordid history to this post. I’m sure you will make the connections if you read some of my earlier posts that carry some similar tags. There was no intention in making any connection between people who like to wear frilly panties and their predilection for malicious behavior. This post is all about a specific person.
